Our Shipping Policy Is Pretty Simple

All shippable orders over $25.00 (excluding gift cards) ship for free anywhere in the US (US orders under $25.00 pay a minimal $4.99 s/h).  Free shipping covers the continental and contiguous US, Territories  &  Armed Forces (APO, FPO, Etc.)

Our International customers pay the minimal actual shipping.  You can easily figure your actual shipping charges from the shopping cart page without entering any payment info.

Same day shipping on all orders (including Saturday)

All orders received by 4PM EST (Sat 12PM EST) will ship the same day (Monday through Saturday) excluding holidays.  Your estimated delivery date will be shown in the shopping cart.

Our discreet return address label reads from TPC Distributors (not It’s 4:20 Somewhere).  Only you will know what’s in the package.  All orders shipped in plain  boxes marked fragile.

How will my order ship?

• Most U.S. orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class package.
• Some larger orders (over 3lbs) may ship by UPS Ground at our discretion.  Depending on where you live, orders shipping by UPS may take a day or two longer to arrive than what is stated on our website.
• Some orders at our discretion may require a signature required at delivery (like Roor bongs).
• All International orders will ship by either USPS First Class Package International or USPS Priority Mail International (your choice at checkout).

What if my tracking says delivered, but I didn’t get my package?  I think it may have been stolen.

We accept MC, Visa, Discover, and Amex (we also accept crytp) on International orders. When paying by credit card on International orders, your billing and shipping address MUST match, NO ACCEPTIONS.
